One2One Providing Statement Print & Mail Services for RCN Corporation

WHEELING, IL., - In addition to providing letter printing services for RCN, One2One Communications is now the company’s single source for statement print and mail services. One2One began producing RCN’s collection letters, equipment return notices and privacy notifications in December 2010. Upon the successful launch of this program, One2One was also awarded with RCN’s statement business.

RCN is scheduled to launch production at the end of March with a new statement layout. The new format was in direct response to their customers’ request for a bill that is easier to read and understand. RCN also wanted to find a way to better utilize the bill for targeted customer communications.

One2One to Provide Digital Mailing Services through Partnership with Zumbox

Wheeling, IL – March 1, 2011 – One2One Communications has entered into an agreement with Zumbox, the world’s first paperless postal system, for the delivery of digital postal mail. With Zumbox, One2One’s clients will now be able to send their customers an exact facsimile of their paper statement to a digital mailbox based on customers’ street addresses.

One2One Communications is pleased to announce several staff promotions and responsibility changes since our last publication. Please join us in congratulating Travis Howe, Tom Mason, Len Losik and Jennifer Colon on their advancements within the company!

Travis Howe – Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Travis has a long standing relationship with One2One and was very involved in the development of the business model that became One2One Communications as we know it today. Most recently he has served as Vice President of Sales for Wise Business Forms where he has worked closely with us on both print projects for our customers as well as the development of our materials management product DocPro. Travis has extensive experience in document and print production services. Prior to Wise, he served as the President of GBS Document Solutions, a provider of document and information management services, and prior to that President of RF Code, Inc., a high tech start-up company providing wireless services used to track a company’s physical assets, inventory and personnel. Earlier in his career Travis, worked for Esselte Meteo, a $400 million Swedish multinational company which was a world-wide provider of value added labeling solutions. Travis served as President of U.S. Operations and then as Regional Director of the Americas with responsibility for operations in the United States, Brazil and Canada. Overall he brings to our team a total of 29 years of management and operations experience in the print industry. He holds a BA Degree from the University of Georgia, and JD Degree in Law from Woodrow Wilson.

Tom Mason – Vice President of Business Development/Plant Operations
Tom is responsible for the solicitation, development and implementation of marketing and advertising initiatives using the print and electronic statement along with developing and maintaining third party relationships in support of our advertising programs, including those with ad agencies and data providers. In addition, Tom oversees plant operations, materials procurement and the management of daily plant operations and client services. He has held various positions in business development and marketing with One2One, and prior to that was the founder and CEO of Relapoint Corporation, a mobile software company providing communications solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He was also Vice President & co-founder of Colorblock Corporation, which was recognized by the U.S. Government for their entrepreneurial success. Additionally, Tom has over ten years of operational and marketing experience with high growth emergent companies. He has a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of St. Thomas.

Len Losik – Client Services Manager
As Client Services Manager, Len is responsible for overseeing the Account Management team. In addition, Len works directly with our Clients to develop, lead and manage new projects as well as implement changes to existing applications. He brings over twenty-three years of print experience to One2One and has held positions including Director of Operations, Pre-Press Manager and Project Manager for commercial printing companies.

Jennifer Colon – Account Manager
Jennifer brings over fifteen years of experience in the print industry to her position. Her overall responsibilities include managing day to day account activity, inventory management, tracking, reporting and production troubleshooting. Jennifer has held positions with two RR Donnelly companies and has worked in several areas of the print industry including project management, customer service, pre-flight and graphic arts.
