One2One Communications provides our clients with a dynamic, secure, web-based set of tools to find, view and deliver to client end users electronic replicas of their paper billing statements called the DocView System. The DocView System provides all of the elements necessary for the viewing, electronic delivery, archiving and retrieval of electronic statement images which contain all of the statement elements as they appear on the customer’s hard copy statement. DocProof is One2One Communication’s tool for reviewing, proofing, and accepting (or rejecting) a statement file upload prior to the file entering the physical production cycle. -
DocView is One2One Communication’s statement image viewing tool. DocView presents to an authorized user an exact image of a customer’s statement. This statement image contains all of the client customized statement elements as they will appear on the customer’s hard copy statement. 
We offer our clients the ability to create, target, approve and schedule graphics for dynamic printing via our customizable DocControl web based application. DocControl features the ability to create and store a client specific library of messages and images. 
JobTrack is One2One’s online, web based tool which allows our partners to view the various elements of their production job. JobTrack can be customized to fit the needs of any client application!
