One2One Communications Enters Into Collaborative Agreement with CBOSS, Inc.

In a continued effort to provide our customers with end to end Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) services, One2One has entered into a collaboration agreement with CBOSS, Inc., a PCI Compliant payment processing company.  This collaborative agreement brings together our products and services to create mutually supportive EBPP synergies and thus offer best in class payment solutions.

CBOSS is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and holds a Level I certification with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) servicing government agencies, healthcare and other vertical markets.  They have provided online payment processing since 2000 and handle over 2.5 million transactions annually.  CBOSS offers a number of advantages including simplicity of use, flexibility, centralized transactions and reporting data, real-time reporting, reoccurring payments and more!

One2One Communications would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest customer, the Star Tribune in Minneapolis!  One2One is now the data processing, print and mail service provider for Star Tribune’s monthly customer invoices.   Star Tribune is the country’s 14th largest daily metropolitan newspaper and the preeminent and predominant newspaper in and throughout the greater state of Minnesota.

One2One Communications Selects InfoPrint Solutions Company for Color TransPromo Printing

One2One Communications at the American Solutions for Business Winter Conference

DALLAS, TX:  One2One Communications was at the American Solutions for Business "The Best Kept Secret" Winter Conference on February 3 at The Fairmont Dallas.  American is a distributor of printing, promotional products, office supplies and strategic solutions for building and growing businesses.

Travis Howe, Vice President of Sales, and Mark Hammerstrom, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, were One2One’s booth representatives at the show.  Howe and Hammerstrom met with many of American’s Agents and Consultants, and provided information about One2One’s products and services, including integrated TransPromo marketing opportunities using the billing statement.

American Printer Article; October 1, 2008 - MAKING A GO OF TRANSPROMO.

Transpromotional documents (or transpromo as everyone calls them) are untried novelties for most print service providers. But not for One2One Communications (www.one2onecom.com) of Bolingbrook, IL, whose vice president of sales, Travis Howe, was a speaker at the recent TransPromo Summit in New York City.

One2One, according to Howe, has been talking to its customers about putting personalized marketing messages on their transaction statements for the last six years. “We already know about it,” he says.

InfoTrends (Weymouth, MA), the organizer of the TransPromo Summit, wants other print service providers — especially those catering to companies generating transaction documents on a modest scale — to be as comfortable in transpromo territory as One2One. And that certainly was one purpose of the two-day (August 13-14) symposium: to persuade printers of all sizes that they now have the means, the motive, and the opportunity to break in.

InfoTrends, the print market research firm that launched the TransPromo Summit last year, foresees a boom in demand for bills, statements and other mailed documents that digitally merge transaction information with variable content tailored to the buying habits or group characteristics of each recipient. The output of these response-triggering messages, says InfoTrends, will reach 22.8 billion pieces by 2012, with more than half produced by or for customers generating them in relatively small quantities.

Howe says One2One — a billing statement specialist that produces more than 600 million statements, letters, targeted direct mail pieces, and delinquency/disconnect notices per year — is glad to be in on the ground floor of the trend. It has created successful transpromo campaigns for customers in the cable broadcast and automotive industries, and soon it will move to all-digital production of transpromo mailers with the installation of an InfoPrint 5000 color printing system.

Bolingbrook, IL - One2One Communications announced today that it has reached an agreement to license the integrated marketing solutions of MindFireInc. The products of MindFireInc will allow One2One to incorporate interactive personalization, customized campaign development, data tracking and management tools into their client’s TransPromotional marketing strategies.

March 3, 2008 - ONE2ONE COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE TEAM CHANGES AND ADDITIONS.

Bolingbrook, IL- One2One Communications announced that it has made several changes and additions to its team of Senior Executives.  In announcing the changes, Rick Brammer, Chief Operating Officer of One2One, said:  “We are excited to announce these changes and additions which position us for rapid business development and growth as well as further enhance our reputation for operational excellence.  This team of high quality, experienced professionals will form the core of our Senior Executive Leadership Team and lead the day-to-day operations of the company.

Among the changes announced were:

Travis Howe Vice President of Sales.  Howe joins the One2One team from Wise Business Forms where he served as Vice President of Sales.  He will be responsible for sales growth and development, and the expansion of One2One’s sales organization.  Prior to Wise, he has held positions as President of GBS Document Solutions, President of RF Code, Inc., and President of U.S. Operations and Regional Director of the Americas for Esselte Meteo, a $400 million Swedish multinational company that was a worldwide provider of value added labeling solutions.  Overall he brings to One2One 29 years of management and operations experience in the print industry.

Frank DeCicco Vice President of Information Technology.  Previously DeCicco held the position of Director of Information Technology with One2One, and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s programming and software development, information storage, data transmission, technical infrastructure and system security.   DeCicco previously held the position of Director of Information Systems for Openfirst, LLC, a major direct marketing and business communication outsource provider, as well as management and consulting positions with Moore/BCS, New Resources Corporation, Washington National Insurance, United Airlines and Zenith Radio.

Tom Mason Vice President of Business Development.  Mason will be responsible for the solicitation, development and implementation of marketing and advertising initiatives using the print and electronic statement, as well as new business development and other special projects.  In addition he will be responsible for developing and maintaining third party relationships in support of advertising programs, to include ad agencies, and data providers.  He was the founder and CEO of Relapoint Corporation, a mobile software company providing communications solutions for Fortune 500 companies, and prior to that Vice President & co-founder of Colorblock Corporation. Colorblock was recognized by the U.S. Government for their entrepreneurial success.  Additionally, Tom has over ten years of operational and marketing experience with high growth emergent companies.

Mark Hammerstrom Vice President of Marketing and Communications.  Hammerstrom previously served as Director of Sales and Marketing for One2One and will be responsible for the development of the company’s overall marketing and branding strategy as well as the creative development of client support and sales materials and the company web site.  He will also be the primary point of contact for both internal and external company communications.  Prior to joining One2One he has held a variety of senior management positions within the telecommunication industry, and most recently held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Time Warner Cable's Minnesota Division. Mark's background includes extensive experience in general management, marketing, sales, customer service and operations and brings twenty-five years of experience in the cable, broadband and telecommunications industries to the One2One team.
