Bruce Heverly
Chief Executive Officer

Co-founder of One2One Communications, Heverly previously founded ComTec, Inc., a software developer and systems integrator that provided e-bill and e-pay, distributive print and mail, document management, tele-services, transaction processing, and information services to the Communications industry. His previous clients included AT&T Broadband, Comcast Communications, Dell Financial, Orlando Utilities and Time Warner Cable. Prior to founding Comtec Inc., Heverly served as Vice President of Sales for IMMAX Corporation and Transworld Systems, a developer of cash management software solutions and inventory/receivable management systems for large institutional banking clients.


Rick Brammer
Chief Operating Officer

Co-founder of One2One Communications, Brammer brings with him 22 years of management and operations experience in both the broadband and teleCommunications industry. Previous Vice President of Customer Care for AT&T Broadband’s Greater Chicago market and board member of Illinois State Cable Association, the Minnesota State Cable Association and the Twin Cities Cable Consortium.


Travis Howe
Vice President of Sales

Travis has extensive experience in document and print production services. Previously Travis served as VP of Sales for Wise Printing Forms.  Prior to Wise, he served as the President of GBS Document Solutions, a provider of document and information management services, and prior to that President of RF Code, Inc., a high tech start-up company providing wireless services used to track a company’s physical assets, inventory and personnel. Earlier in his career Travis, worked for Esselte Meteo, a $400 million Swedish multinational company which was a world-wide provider of value added labeling solutions. Travis served as President of U.S. Operations and then as Regional Director of the Americas with responsibility for operations in the United States, Brazil and Canada. He brings over 29 years of management and operations experience in the print industry.  Travis holds a BA Degree from the University of Georgia, and JD Degree in Law from Woodrow Wilson.


Frank DeCicco
Vice President of Information Technology

Frank DeCicco joined One2One Communications in 2006 as the Director of Information Technology. Prior to coming to One2One, DeCicco was Director of Information Systems for Openfirst, LLC, a major direct marketing and business Communication outsource provider. While with Openfirst, he was responsible for all information systems development, technical operations, technical infrastructure maintenance and creative functions. He has held similar positions in management and as a consultant for Moore/BCS, New Resources Corporation, Washington National Insurance, United Airlines and Zenith Radio.


Mark Hammerstrom
Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Mark brings to One2One twenty-five years of experience in the cable, broadband and telecommunications industries.  He has held a variety of senior management positions within those industries, and most recently held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Time Warner Cable's Minnesota Division. Mark's background includes extensive experience in general management, marketing, sales, customer service and operations. He is a Past President of the board of directors of the North Central Cable Television Association, a Telecommunication industry trade organization. He is a member of CTAM, a professional marketing organization for the telecommunications industry and is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Cable Communications Association. He was a founding member of the Twin Cities Cable Consortium, an industry marketing cooperative. Mark holds a BA degree from St. Cloud State University.

Tom Mason
Vice President of Business Development / Plant Operations

Tom is responsible for the solicitation, development and implementation of marketing and advertising initiatives using the print and electronic statement along with developing and maintaining third party relationships in support of our advertising programs, including those with ad agencies and data providers.  In addition, Tom oversees plant operations, materials procurement and the management of daily plant operations and client services.  He has held various positions in business development and marketing with One2One, and prior to that was the founder and CEO of Relapoint Corporation, a mobile software company providing communications solutions for Fortune 500 companies.  He was also Vice President & co-founder of Colorblock Corporation, which was recognized by the U.S. Government for their entrepreneurial success.  Additionally, Tom has over ten years of operational and marketing experience with high growth emergent companies. He has a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of St. Thomas.


Mike Sweeney
Director of Finance

Sweeney was previous Director of Business and Strategic Planning for the Hertz Corporation. His 21 years in corporate accounting and finance includes extensive experience in the area of acquisitions and divestitures. Sweeney has a degree in accounting for Fordham, and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.
