One2One Communications is committed to employing the latest technology in order for our customers to fully lever the power of TransPromotional advertising and messaging on their billing statements. We utilize the InfoPrint5000 - a state of the art, high speed, full color, variable printer - in combination with HP’s powerful ExStream Dialogue software to allow for targeted, full color graphics and messages, greater flexibility in statement layout and design and dynamic, on the fly subsequent pages.
We exclusively utilize pigment based inks when printing statements, letters and other documents. Pigment based inks produce the highest quality, water resistant and durable print pieces, while maintaining the sharpest resolution and most vivid color possible. While other companies may use the same or similar printing platforms, they often use dye based inks to save on operational costs. However, those types of dye based inks can run when the ink comes in contact with liquid, such as rain water. Our clients prefer pigment inks when it comes to the protection and clarity of critical information contained in their letters and billing statements—especially remit scan lines and other critical bar code data.
Additionally, our LaserMax Roll Systems variable perforation technology allows perforations to be applied in a variety of ways for a variety of purposes such as dividing a subsequent statement page for couponing. Variable perforations can be applied in a number of ways, up to 3 horizontal and 1 vertical segments per page, and customized by client specified data.
